2 Stars, normally it would be a 5 star, the staff and service was horrible. Only 2 people working should have at least 3 staff, but they were ignoring the customers, no friendly greeting. Had to repeat the orders many times, then they still made mistakes, the staff acted like they did not want to he there, one customer cut in front of 2 people, the staff saw it and said nothing and waited on him, just a terrible experiance .When I paid I told the lady I wanted a receipt, she asked me 3 times if I wanted a receipt. The food was good but the service was terrible, may not ever go back to that location again, they need to add new friendly staff, ASAP.

I've been going here very often, lately. The food is good. The girl and big guy are nasty as hell. They are miserable and would never work for me. They shouldn't be around people. There is a second crew of just 2 guys and they are so friendly.

Chili cheese dog is great

I have been going to Windmill over 20 years, each time it's special. The owner is very friendly & service is quick & it's always busy. There Hot Dogs are awesome, my favorite is with chili & cheese. The past three times I've ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, very good. Don't forget about the cheese fries & onion rings, icing on the cake. If you haven't tried Windmill, give them a try you won't be disappointed. 👍👍👍

Always a stop when visiting Red Bank. Know for a good hotdog, but try the california burger on a hard roll. Char broiled at its best. Fried mushrooms also a favorite.

Just left with a bad taste in my mouth! All I wanted was the person that put my bun on the grill and used the same gloved hand to take my money for my hot dog was to give me a new bun. Reason being is if he used the same gloved hand before touching money and then touching food then I believe it's cross contamination, which seems to be a theme at all the windmill. Then give me an attitude when I mention it. SO THIS IS THE LAST TIME I will spend my $$$ there.

Hot dog wasn't hot, food was tossed to gather and tossed at me. As always it was not inexpensive. I have been a windmill customer for 40 years,but this was a bad visit.

Just left there Very disappointed in the service! both the man and the woman where miserable. never said you're welcome, Made eye contact or nothing completely rude. Other than the horrible service food is always a great treat!

When you are in the mood for a greasy spoon, this is a good choice. Great dogs, burgers, and sides. Yeah, the place seems a little over priced, but I guess you get what you pay for. If you are looking to save a few bucks, kids eat free on Tue and 1/2 off on dogs/burgers for seniors on Wed (dine-in only).

Sometimes it takes a bit to get food but it is a staple of post-bar food at 2am. Haha. Love the dogs and chicken fingers.

my husbands burger was so undercooked it was absolutely disgusting. i order just fries and i get chili cheese fries. for as thin as the burgers are you would think they would be fully cooked. we told the woman at the front whom takes the orders and all she said was okay. not one was the food bad but the people are very rude. i would 100% give no stars if i could.

Love getting a foot long and fries from the windmill. Classic jersey shore flavor! I usually make the stop for a dog when I am in the area. If you like hot dogs this place is a must. You can even buy 1lb packs of the delicious dogs to take home.

A great local chain, straightforward and to the point. Crispy natural casing hot dogs, buggers, shakes and krinkle cut French fries with cheese sauce out of a can (it's a good thing!). Not much else to say other than they are open late, the staff is friendly and the pricing is fair..

Classic hotdogs and cheese fries! When you have that craving for a good crunchy hotdog, its got to be from a windmill. Been eating them for over 40 yrs. Its a guilty pleasure treat. It was as expected, clean, self serve, tables were clean, counter was prompt and courteous.

Food was okay for a hambuger and hot dog place. I like the fact that you can see them make you food fresh to order. The milk shakes aren't ghat bad either. I would recommend trying them if you never had them before
